About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Custom Projects team. In this role, you will work closely with and as an extension of the Custom Department to coordinate custom stone orders from concept through final delivery. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a collaborative, close-knit team within a fast-growing department.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate custom orders, schedules, and timelines.
• Field client inquiries, qualify projects, and prepare proposals to support the inside sales team.
• Prepare and update quotes using established spreadsheet templates.
• Communicate shipping ETAs and provide monthly client updates.
• Maintain detailed project records in CRM (Insightly) and Custom project folders.
• Manage sample approvals, storage, and showroom sample displays.
• Oversee packing lists, crate labels, production photos, and templating files for incoming custom orders.
• Maintain and update showroom paver displays, tear sheets, technical data sheets, and website information.

Qualifications

• Project coordination or administrative experience, ideally in construction, design, or custom fabrication.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interfacing with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Experience with project management or CRM software (Insightly a plus).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
